This is a beautiful sight. 10 pre-marinated tri-tips hanging in a smoking barrel.
These were the main course for my friends 30th birthday fiesta. Complete with potato salad, oysters, tiger prawns and a keg full of beer we were more then happy. Top it all off with last nights UFC event and some drunken poker, great times were had.
two 9's and a 6 does not make a three of a kind.
